Toni is going to be discharged as an inpatient we hope within a few weeks. Her home was assessed today and there have been a few things that were suggested to make Toni's home safer for her and to suit her needs. One is a new bathroom, equipped with a walk in shower. We have been lucky enough to get the labour completed for free, however it is the bathroom suite that we would love to raise money for!
