We are a team of three for Team Mind to Mind Myanmar at Bridgnorth Walk 2018. This annual fundraising walk has been the main source of fundraising for this small charity since 2013 (except 2017). It is a big challenge for us to walk 20/22 miles in the hilly terrain of Shropshire including its highest peak, The Brown Clee. We are determined to take on and finish the challenge no matter what the weather may be on the day!

Mind to Mind Myanmar is a UK based charity (Reg. no. 1165005) that supports mental health clinics in Myanmar; one in Mandalay and another in Amarapura. These clinics run once a week and specialist care is volunteered by local psychiatrists. Patients are seen, assessed, reviewed and prescribed essential psychotropic medication (usually a month's supply). In 2017, the funds for medicine for both clinics was around MMK16 millions (approx. £9000).
