Story
Opening Up promotes mental wellbeing and suicide prevention through cricket. In 2018 we want to deliver our mind and body sessions and coaches workshops to at least one thousand people. These contacts start the conversation about mental health and provide practical tools to use in cricket and across life.
Money raised will be split between the delivery and resources of the sessions and our charity partner C.A.L.M (www.thecalmzone.net) who provide specialist support for those who need it.
Chris Collings is running the Royal Parks half marathon on Sunday 14th October. If you're here to donate in support of this, thank you!
Thanks to those who donated to our Movember page (www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/openingupcricketmo) if you want to support Andy and others in this please do so here.
