Story
Myself and kenzie will be doing a 20 mile sponsored bike ride to help raise money for Jacob's Journey. Which will be done on Saturday 10th December 2016.
Here's a little bit about him...
At 18 months Jacob was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2. (SMA is a genetic recessive disease. It is a number 1 genetic killer of children under 2. It destroys the nerves whic control muscle movement effecting the ability crawl, walk, swallow and breath.
The electric wheelchair that Jacob need is going to cost £20,000+
So every donation helps, dig deep!....
