I am currently pregnant with my first child, which would have probably been a normal pregnancy till we found out early on he had gastroschisis. Been a worrying pregnancy being passed to different hospitals and having multiple scans to make sure he's alright.

They've finally sorted out a hospital he will be delivered and treated at, Chelsea & Westminister in London when I live in Clacton-on-Sea. The average amount of day's babies stay on the neonatal unit is 40days although they expect he will be a longer case. Could be in Hospital 2-3mths or more so I'm going to have to stay nearby and my partner commute from Clacton. Both staying and commuting to the hospital is going to be expensive money-wise, especially as the hospital don't offer long term accommodation. Looking for help from any kind people to be by our little man's side as much as as we can whilst he fights.
