I am in a wheelchair following a sporting accident and wanted in some way to HELP those less fortunate than myself during this time of CRISIS

So, inspired by my MEDIC children ( adults ), I started cooking very nutritious ready meals FOR THOSE IN NEED, since starting I have created over 1000 ready meals, froze them and had friends deliver them to the OLDER people in 12 Week Self Isolation, as well as for the HOMELESS the VULNERABLE and FAMILIES IN NEED …….. As CV-19 continues to bite, the need for a little help just grows and grows and grows and grows …….

THIS WILL NOT END WHEN LOCKDOWN RULES ARE RELAXED...………….

I work closely with a local charity called "Supporting Older People" they identify OLDER and VULNERABLE people who are struggling and could do with a boost whilst SELF ISOLATING

To date I have self funded this project, BUT A LITTLE HELP FROM YOU WOULD GO A LONG WAY. Each meal costs just £1.00 to make, so for just £ 10.00 you will enable me to cook and distribute 10 meals ….. for a £ 100.00 that's 100 meals
