Hi all, my name is Paige Biston, and I have created this funding page to help me in my quest to drama school. I have recently been accepted to the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA), but due to the course type I have discovered that I am not eligible for funding. I would need to pay the £5,000 course fees myself and due to my personal circumstances, this will be very difficult. I have a rare condition called Spondylometaphyseal dysplasia, which is a bone disease resulting in short stature. This restricts my mobility and I am a full time wheelchair user. I have never let this stop me from achieving my dreams, and I was thrilled to have been accepted to this fantastic performing arts school in Wigan. I am hoping that you will be able to assist me in achieving my target of £5,000 and I will be completing other fundraising events also to help me reach my goal. Any help would be very much appreciated.
