Two massive earthquakes hit Mexico this September - one 8.1 on the Richter scale on the 9th, and one 7.1 on the Richter scale on the 19th. The death toll from both are in the hundreds, and the country is in the process of reconstruction. I am so proud of everything my fellow Mexicans are doing to get things back to normal, and I want to do my little bit to help with donations.

I've decided to run the Big Charity Run 5K in Greenwich this Sunday, the 1st of October in order to raise money for the Mexican Red Cross. The organisation has been instrumental in getting help for those who need it most across the country, and I'd love to share some love back. I'm reasonably fit, but I'm running this super late notice and on wobbly ankles - so I'd much appreciate your help. Even a few pounds would be great - remember the exchange rate!

I'll be donating all the money directly, but because it's a Mexican charity with a Spanish language website, I've had to fundraise through here. Don't worry though - it'll all go straight to them - I can share a screenshot once it's done!
