Story
I don't normally run - I only run away from wasps - so this is a huge challenge for me to run the Middlesbrough 5k!
I was inspired by everyone I knew that took part last year and wanted to get involved this time with my good friend, Emily. Training has commenced!
Through running the 5k, I hope to raise funds to support the fantastic work that EVA's House do with local women and their children to enable them to overcome domestic violence and abuse. EVA provide a range of support services including supported housing and the money raised will go directly to EVA to help individuals who greatly need it.

Thank you so much to all who supported me! I raised £200 in total from Just Giving and cash donations which will go directly to EVA Women's Aid. Thank you again for your generosity - I'm off for a run in my 5k t-shirt! 😁 x
