On the 8th July 2017 I will be participating in a 5K Run to help raise funds towards the Mission Welcome Home Building Project. This is a for a great cause that is dear to my heart and a cause well worth supporting as it is set to change lives.

The Rock Church London is a registered charity that provides hope and practical support to people in the community. Over the past few years, the demand for the support we provide has increased substantially. As such, we require your financial support to acquire and renovate our own premises to run our community initiatives from. Our Mission Welcome Home Building Campaign has been launched to raise finances to acquire a building for The Rock Church, so we can continue to provide hope and free practical support to communities.

The services we provide include, but are not limited to: Counselling Services (free individual/group counselling with a professional Psychotherapist/Counsellor), Love Without Borders (free advice and practical support for rough sleepers), Fit Rock, (free health advice and activities from a team of qualified personal trainers, nutritionists, and pharmacists), and Café Rock (free tea and coffee mornings to provide local parents in the community with the opportunity to network). We also work closely with children and young people, by offering a safe haven, advice, and tools to help them develop positive attitudes and ambition from an early age, through weekly children (Rock Kids) and Youth (iRock) programmes.
