Members and supporters of ANDYS MAN CLUB Newton Abbot have signed themselves up to run in a few events this year! We’re signed up to the Torbay 10k on the 18th August, the Exmouth 10k on the 29th September, and a couple of our lads are taking on the Torbay Half Marathon. This is to raise funds and awareness for the club, which to date has a regular attendance of over 20 guys every week. We would appreciate any support you can give us along the routes of these events, so please come and cheer us along.
ANDYSMANCLUB is the creator of the #ITSOKAYTOTALK campaign whos aim is to reduce the amunt of suicides in men under 45. We want to get people talking about mental health.

At our groups there’s no pressure to talk and no judgement when you do.
If you want to come along and just sit and listen that’s fine!
If you want to get a load of your chest that’s great too.
We are a group of blokes who’ve been through a variety of storms and continue to go through them but help each other along the way...
