Local residents set up the group in November 2009 because we were concerned that the park was becoming run down and neglected .
In the past 7 years we have managed to make the park a great place to visit and enjoy we also feel that we have made the park somewhere for the people of Jarrow to be proud of .
we still have so much to do in the park and need your help to keep our group running

This park is our favourite in the area. Myself & my dog visit almost daily. It's always pretty & always clean - we never fear 'treading' in anything! The people we meet are lovely too. Well done 👍🏽
