Story
Myself and Olivia Moore are running the Belfast half marathon in support of Superstars. Superstars is Cookstown based charity that seeks to provide much needed social and employment opportunities for people with learning difficulties. The club runs youth clubs, bowling clubs, drama groups and various other arrs workshops as well as a cafe in which people with learning difficulties work and learn new skills. The charity is volunteer run and depends on donations and grants to enable them to do their very valuable work. It is such worthwhile cause and any donation, however small, would be so appreciated to help in the running of this amazing charity.

My younger brother Jon has Down's Syndrome and autism, as he got older we became increasingly aware of the lack of opportunities for people with learning difficulties in our local area. My mother May McAvoy started the amazing Superstars club in an attempt to fill the gap.
