£1,400raised of £2,000 target by 40 supporters

Weʼve raised £1,400 to Get Pegleg to I.S.A World Adaptive Surfing Championship to represent Great Britain.

    Cornwall, UK
    Time left
Funded on Wednesday, 30th November 2016

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is the new way to raise money for a personal cause on JustGiving.

Pegleg Rik Bennett was born without an ankle and had his lower leg amputated when he was 13 months old. However, he hasn't let this stop him from doing what he loves most - surfing.
He has been asked to represent Great Britain in the International Surfing Association(I.S.A) World Adaptive Surfing Championship in California in December 2016.
Funding is not available, so it's up to us to send our representative over there.
Please can you help? Any donation, no matter how small will help. Any money left over will go to The Wave Project https://www.waveproject.co.uk/
