Based in Blackburn Lancashire, Personalising Freedom is a not for profit CIC (community interest company) which provides support planning and brokerage services to people in the local community who have social care packages.

We at personalising freedom understand every individuals needs and aspirations are different and that getting the right support can be stressful and complex.

We can help! We provide valuable confidential services to all our customers, by offering the right support and information in a professional and person centred way.

However in order to provide this much needed service we need your help. We are raising funds to cover service costs of £15,000 which will cover our overheads so that our dedicated staff and volunteers can continue to help local people with disabilities / health needs have the best life possible.
