Maisie needed surgery to remove a large mammary tumour and our pet insurance company reneged on our agreement where we pay £18-00 a month and if she needs treatment they pay, so we now find ourselves with a very large vet's bill which we are unable to pay, we struggle as it is being on fixed state pension.
