Story
On the 18th August 2017 our beautiful baby Girl Phoebe Jane Brannan was born sleeping at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester. From the moment we found out this terrible news up to the present day the care and support we have received from the Bereavement midwives has been excellent. From delivering Phoebe to leaving the hospital and coming home the care and support has not stopped and continues to be ongoing.
We will be forever grateful for the support that they have given and the memories that they have helped us to create of our daughter Phoebe.
We are trying to raise some funds for the team to assist them in providing this support and care to other families who go through this in the future.
Any money raised will be donated to the unit for them to use as necessary.
