Story
Hello :)
In July 2018, Sophie Alderton, Ruth Meads and Tracy Grimmett will be taking part in an Olympic Distance Triathlon to raise funds for Pholk Charity. This involves a 1.5km Swim / 45km Cycle / 10km Run..... and we are all doing the full course!!
Pholk enables young adults with and without disabilities to come together on equal terms by going out into the community to establish new friendships, confidence, self esteem and social skills.
The money raised from doing this triathlon will enable the charity club to have more respite weekends and days out.
We are all training very hard to complete this as its a very big challenge, but this is only the beginning. We would really appreciate as much sponsorship as possible as it is a very worthwhile cause and a big challenge for us all!
Thank you x
