Hello, we run Pigateers Rescue & Rehoming. We have a rescue sow who is 4 years old, and has been in our care for over 2 years. She has had previous illnesses and injuries of which she has been strong and recovered very well. She has now came down with a swollen leg, and we are hnsure what it could be. We have been to 2 vets of which both think it could be broken leg and have suggested amputation, and she has been on medication as well as herbal remidies to try and help. But it has been getting worse.

We are in need of help from you. If you can donate anything towards her to get the right vet treatment she beeds. Please donate!

    Constance needa your help!

Constance is having her surgery today to have her leg amputated. This is such a hard thing for us to do. Because we really want her to come through the surgery and recover quickly. The vet has said there is a risk that the cancer masses will come back. As they are not sure how much they can get off! Let’s all pray for Connie 💕

Constance’s leg is getting worse each day. She is going to be booked into the Vets 1 clinic in Downham Market tomorrow morning. To see what they can do. Hopefully it is nothing serious. We are deciding that if the leg needs to be amputated we will go with it and hope for the best. And hope she recovers quickly. Constance has taken really quickly to a little baby guinea we have called Malibu. So once Constance has recovered we will bond the two of them back together and they will live inside. Please keep the donations coming in!

Hope she recovers. I have a hamster that required between £100-£200 to fix her back foot. Luckily she's been fine without surgery xx
