We have set up this page to make it easy and secure for supporters, the local community and others to support Pilgrims Oakley Cricket Club. As a club offering sports and social opportunities to people of all ages all financial assistance is greatly appreciated and vital to the security of the club.

Who are we?

We are a well run, friendly and fun cricket club based in the village of Oakley, a couple of miles north of Bedford. We have excellent facilities and are recognised by the England and Wales Cricket Board, having received Clubmark accreditation in 2014.

During the summer we run two Saturday teams and a midweek XI. During the winter we also play in the Bedford Indoor League, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for new players to join, regardless of ability or previous experience. We also run a youth system, coached by ECB qualified coaches.

At a time when many other local cricket clubs have folded or are struggling to continue, we are proud to say we are investing in the future and developing the next generation of players.

Our club has excellent playing facilities, recently renovated changing rooms which are the envy of many teams in the league as well as a large clubhouse, equipped with Sky TV and a great range of beers and ales which are perfect after a day on the field!
