Karryna Lovesey, a bubbly, energetic lady in my spinning class, has been diagnosed with aggressive bowel and liver cancer. Karryna has two young daughters who she would dearly love to take on a dream holiday to Disney. Vicky Barratt, our inspirational spinning teacher and friend to Karryna, has organised a spinarathon to raise money to make this dream come true. On Saturday, 31st March - all participating spinners will do three back-to-back high intensity spinning classes for a total duration of three hours, which is quite a lot of spinning! Please help me do my part and raise money for this incredibly worthwhile cause.
