Prachi, a 12 year old bright girl from Mumbai, India has a severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is causing inflammation and damage to her joints. She has been in severe pain and specialist consultant has recommended Adalimumab injection (trade name Exemptia) twice a month, without which she is unable to manage the daily routines.

Prachi belong to a family who manage their daily livelihood through parent's daily income. Her mother has been a cook within our family for past couple of years and bearing a monthly medication cost of £250 has over burden her family’s finances. But the family are managing through extreme budget cuts, loans to meet their daughter medicine injection.
