    Story

People who live with Autoinflammatory conditions are often isolated, vulnerable and misdiagnosed due to the rare nature of our conditions, we have little support from health professionals or from others with similar diagnoses. As well as experiencing barriers to medical support, we often have trouble accessing other specialist help due to a lack of understanding of our conditions.

We live with a range of debilitating symptoms such as Fevers, Rashes, Gastrointestinal issues and Inflammation in the joints.

Rare Autoinflammatory Conditions Community UK (RACC-UK) is a new patient-led non-profit support group that offers a lifeline to patients, parents and carers who are affected by a range of Autoinflammatory conditions.

Our online community provides emotional and practical advice for patients and their loved ones.

    We are raising money for:

    Annual Event
We are organising our annual event, which will be held next February to coincide with Rare Diseases Day. We are inviting patients, parents, carers and medical experts to share experiences and discuss breakthroughs in research and treatment. £700

We are also raising £500 for travel costs when we attend meetings, workshops and conferences where other organisations cannot reimburse us.

If you can, please support us with a donation. Even the price of a coffee would make a significant difference to our work. We know times are hard, so if you can’t help with a donation we’d really appreciate a share on your Facebook.
