At The Younique Foundation, they are committed to helping women who were sexually abused as children or adolescents find hope. The 5 Strategies to Reclaim Hope will give survivors ways to begin or continue on your journey of healing.

The money raised will go towards the four-day retreat which focuses on activities that increase the likelihood of healing from the trauma of childhood sexual abuse. While many activities are in a group setting (8-12 women) with other adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse, participants also have personal time to reflect and rejuvenate.
