hurricane maria hit the tiny island of Dominica causing massive destruction - almost every building was either damaged or reduced to rubble, with no power and little water, survivors of September’s hurricane were left relying on shelters and a trickle of aid. This is very close to my heart as i am half domincan, with several family members living there - i really want to do something to help this country rebuild itself 😊 i would love to be able to raise enough money to help rebuild someone’s home or contribute to rebuilding a school.
