Since his diagnosis in April 2017, Luke has undergone a gruelling course of treatment in his battle against High Risk Neuroblastoma. In April 2017, Lukes family received the devastating news that he had relapsed. The likelihood of a full recovery is now considered to be remote.

This is not the end of the journey. Luke has commenced chemotherapy and after the 2nd cycle a further scan will ascertain the impact of the treatment and a decision made as to whether to continue or cease the trial. This is a terribly difficult situation for his family, as some treatment options require significant funding.

Neil, Alan and Phil are climbing Snowdon in September 2018. This is to provide support for ongoing hospital expenses such as fuel and parking, to provide Luke with activities with his family, as well as preparing the way for future treatment requirements.
