Ym mis Medi byddaf yn cymryd rhan mewn 'Tough Mudder North West, sef ras rwystrau dros 12 milltir. Bydd yr arian rwyf yn codi yn mynd tuag at gronfa Ysgol Carreglefn, ble rwyf yn gweithio yn addysgu blynyddoedd 3 i 6.
In September I shall be taking part in Tough Mudder North West, which is an obstacle course over 12 miles. The money raised will go towards Ysgol Carreglefn, where I teach years 3 to 6.
