Story
Inspired by my mum, I will be taking part in the Preston 5 mile Hero Assault course. Like many brave women diagnosed with breast cancer my mum made the decision to have a mastecomy. The support she has received during this time has ensured her treatment has been a positive step to kicking cancer in the butt! The Blackpool Hug in a Bag organisation has played a huge part in her recovery and I would like to do my bit to ensure other women facing this decision continue to receive this invaluable support.
