Thanks for taking the time to read about my cause. Many of you know I have struggled a lot with my physical and mental health, and if you didn’t then you know now. I’m not special, I’m not going to tell any sob stories and I’m no more deserving than anybody else, but I am trying to move my pride aside to ask for help at a time that I wouldn’t have asked for before.

I’m trying to raise the rest of the money I need to access Therapy which the NHS has not been able to provide and continues to be unable to at this moment. Like many people the only option left for me is to pay for private therapy to help with things I struggle with. I don’t believe in working with a person’s diagnoses but instead with the person and the difficulties they’re wanting to work on – so I’m not going to sit here and list my diagnosis. 2 hours of Therapy per week would be ideal but this comes to a cost of £4160 (£40 per session) which I simply cannot afford, especially when I could also incur £1248 if I am on my crutches and need to pay for transport. £5408 is a number completely out of my reach but even raising a small amount of this money will help me get part way to the help I need. So here’s what I’m aiming for..

I have very gratefully been gifted 1 hour therapy per month for a year by an amazing person and I have been able to match this offer and therefore have already raised £960. Therefore, I am looking to raise £1000 which would enable me to cover the other 2 sessions per month meaning I will receive an hours therapy per week for a year.

I would be so grateful if people could help, even just a few pounds, it would all build up and if you know where there’s a money tree then that would be extra awesome. Thanks x
