Dinting Church was completed in 1875 and has served our local community and school for almost 150 years. We have a small, enthusiastic congregation and we are honoured to welcome members of our community for weddings and baptisms and to support them at funerals. The church is a Victorian building and has few facilities. It would help us and would improve access for the wider community if we had toilet, baby changing and kitchen facilities and also a smaller, independent area for meetings and community use. We have already commissioned an architect who is preparing detailed plans for us. We have raised £10,000 over the last couple of years and would be delighted if you could help us towards our target of £60,000. if you have attended a Christening, a wedding or a funeral at Dinting or if you were a pupil at the school, if you have joined us for a Christmas Crib Service or Easter celebration then please consider donating what you can to support our efforts to develop our church facilities and extend our welcome to our community and beyond.
