Story
We aim to raise money for the RS Feva World Championships that are to be held in Italy during July of this year. Our plan is to launch several Norfolk Punts at Beccles and sail north to Barton Broad, the birthplace of this historic boat. The pupils will act as crew on these exquisite sailing boats. The distance is 46 miles, so if the tide, wind and weather conditions are favourable, we aim to complete this south to north traverse of the East Anglian waterways within 12 hours. We believe that this will set a record whatever happens! The money we raise will be spent on new spinnakers with the school colours and logo on them, and new jibs & mainsails. Thank you for your interest and your sponsorship. Humphrey BP
