    Story

    Riverside Rebels Roller Derby Team will be competing in UK Champs T4 2018 and need funding to host one of the bouts. The money raised will pay for the cost of the venue hire, insurance, first aid specialists, publicity, equipment and refreshments.

    Last year RRRD team were so successful in Champs T4 2017 that despite only having between 8/9 skaters and the stats being against the team-they came overall 2nd in tier 4!!!

    RRRD are an inclusive team 18+ years old, RRRD are also inclusive of gender who practice twice per week in the Wirral together. The league is caring and nurturing, RRRD are able to remain as a close supportive team due to it's structuring and skaters past experiences in other sporting environments.

    Any financial or other support you may be able to offer Riverside Rebels Roller Derby Team will be accepted with warm caring open arms.

      Despite the rain, hail, snow and wind today-Riverside Rebels Roller Derby Team completed a 5k run around Sefton Park we ran it as a pack in 44 minutes! The team will continue to complete tasks in order to raise our £500 target so watch this space.       Tomorrow RRRD Team will be running around Sefton Park to raise money for Champs 2018 T4! As we are all used to skating, running is a daunting prospect for most of us and will be a positive challenge! If you can please donate some money to our crowdfunding page no amount is too small!
