Story
I fell in love with the Muffin Pug Rescue charity when I started searching for a pug 2 years ago. I went to a lot of awful breeders on my search and I contacted the charity to help as i came across a property where bitches were being used over and over again to breed. I bought my first pug Darla two years ago and shortly after this I learnt how special and unique this breed of dogs are and how they need humans to thrive.
I adore my girl Darla so much that i decided to apply to foster/adopt pugs in need through Muffin Pug. I have recently been lucky enough to be chosen as a foster parent for two very special boy pugs with a view to adopt. I took them to the vets for a full check over the outcome were that they had eye infections, sore facial wrinkles and gum disease meaning major dental work is required. The estimated cost for the dental treatments is £320 per dog. As much as I wish I could I cannot fund these kind of bills. I will be helping as much as I can along with the charity but I am calling all animal lovers to donate something, even if it is just a couple of pounds to help towards these treatments.
They are lovely dogs and they didn't ask to be treated this way and end up in such bad condition. So please, please help.
Since this one of the pugs has been having frequent seizures. We are now looking to have an MRI scan on his brain. Please help us get him the treatment he needs.
Thank you x
