As some of you may know I am planning a trip to Kenya in October this year with Sight Aid International.

This trip will allow me to go into schools in some of the poorest areas of Kenya and carry out eye tests and, where required, prescribe glasses to those who need them.

A pair of prescription glasses has the ability to change a child's life - and help them to realise their own potential.
