I've raised £10000 to help towards Team GB Athlete Ben Gregory’s Recovery & Rehab costs following a life changing cycling accident.

I want to make this quick. This isn’t a post that’s going to run for months leading up to an event. This is straight to the point and we need action right now. We are calling on everyone around the UK and the rest of the world to help support Ben, by giving as much as you can afford to help support his rehab and recovery costs, as he fights back from an unfortunate cycling accident which happened only a few days ago.
Ben is self employed and as an elite athlete who has looked after his body his while life, it’s time for us to step up and help him back to his feet. As of Thursday 25th August, Ben is still in an induced coma & the extent to his injuries are still unknown until the sedation is reduced, so whilst Ben is fighting for his life, I want to put myself in a more uncomfortable position & join his battle where I can and show my support for Ben‘s fight.
I’ll be running half a Marathon (13.1 miles) at 5:00AM on Saturday 27th August. This will be a virtual half marathon where I’m calling on everyone who thinks they can complete a half marathon FOR BEN, to step up and join me.
Whethere you’re barely fit for a 5km run (like me) or you can currently run an ultra marathon, lace up those trainers and get an early morning run done for Ben!!
Use #Run4BenGregz on all of your socials to help get as many people involved as possible! If you can’t run it, drive it, bike it, do it on a jet ski in a lake. 13.1 miles is the distance.
We can all do it FOR BEN!!!
See you all at 05:00AM GMT Saturday 27th August wherever you are in the world.
