Story
I took on a Virtual Challenge to run the distance from Lands End to John O Groats (874 Miles) which I started on 1st Jan this year, I'm on track to finish by end of May and have decided that I should finish with a Marathon distance and try to raise some money at the same time
As I work at the Sports Association and myself and my Family have all been members of the Running and Football Club for many years, I thought what better cause than to help Raise some money for an Outside Defibrillator which will benefit all Clubs and users of the Site
So on Saturday 29th May I will run 26.2 Miles and finish my 874 mile Challenge
All Donations will be gratefully received by myself and all at Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association

3 years agoThank you so so much for your Sponsorship/Donations so far. Just a little update for you.. I am now 728 miles into my 874 Le Jog Journey.. only 146 Miles to go... Training is ramping up for the virtual Marathon to end Le Jog on Saturday 29th May... plan to finish at our beloved Gerard Buxton Sports Ground Thanks so much to you for your amazing support, we have smashed the Target so I hope to raise enough to pay for Defib outright!
