Last year OneFitMama raised a whooping £4238 too help 1300 mums who were suffering with postnatal depression and anxiety. From free classes to counselling and even haircuts we have been helping mums across the UK to feel more like themselves and we need your help to do it all again. In the UK 1 in 5 women will experience postnatal depression, that's over 31,000 women in the UK right now and with half of those still suffering when their baby starts reception. We know that whilst the official statistic is 1in5 there are almost half as many women who are suffering in silence and who are too scared to speak to their healthcare provider for fear of negative repercussion. Since 2011 OneFitMama has been supporting women in the UK and we are making a difference in many mums lives however we do not receive any funding for the work we do and so fundraising is really vital to ensure we can continue to offer these services which are all too often a lifeline to local mums.
