Im 24 years old at 20 I decided to have breast augmentation I'd been saving up since I was 16. I was so shy, unhappy embarrassed by my body I thought only way to be happy was to have the surgery. 4 years have now gone by, I keep getting sharp pains and back ache so I went to the dr who informed me that my implant has now ruptured. The pains I were getting were just warning signs. Its been concluded that they will need to be removed as soon as possible however as it's cosmetic, I cannot get it done on the NHS.

It's such a shock I wasn't expecting it And I just can't financially afford it I don't have that kind of money. My friend said to create a page on here and to have faith in humanity as everyone needs help at some point. So here it goes....

I know to many other people on here think this isn't an emergency however it is, my health is at risk.
