Tomorrow we are competing in the Menai Raft Race. We are in it to win it and our main motivation is for the two causes listed below..

An amazing and wonderful friend, Kate Bale from Llanddona, was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. Kate has been incredibly brave throughout this journey and has receive excellent care and support from the Christie hospital. As a team we would like to give something back to the Christie hospital for looking after our friend so well.

The second charity we would like to support is the Ty enfys charity, which provides support to parents at our local Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital, when their children are in hospital care. All of our children were born in this hospital and we are well aware of the amazing support the ward gives to parents, allowing them to be as close to their children as possible when they need it most.
