Linas animal rescue is an animal rescue centre in coka, serbia. It is run by a mother and daughter team who work tirelessly to rescue and care for as many animals as they can. The shelter is in a dilapidated state, the water is unfit to drink and there is often a lack of food for the animals in their care. They have a dedicated core of supporters who are constantly fundraising. We want to raise enough money to have a wall built at the shelter to prevent dogs from escaping and to feed and provide veterinary care throughout the winter. Winter in serbia is very harsh and we want to be able to send blankets and enough food for the cold months. These animals, mostly dogs but they also have a donkey rescued from slaughter, living out her days in a barn and receiving the care she deserves, cats, birds, if these ladies come across an animal in need they help! People in serbia are not kind to dogs and the dog catchers roam the streets picking up dogs, throwing them in disgusting public shelters, where they are left to die. If it were not for linas many more dogs would suffer the same fate. Please help us raise enough money to help them. Secure the shelter and enable them to rescue more animals from a dreadful fate.
