Our beautiful boy went missing on the 24th November 2017, myself, my fiancée and our daughter searched high and low for him, knocked on doors and put posters up about him around the town and on Facebook but 12 agonising days later he was still missing and there was no trace of him.
We had assumed the worst.

Until I received a message on Facebook from someone saying the vets in town had found a black cat, after a lengthy discussion with the on call vet we were excited to believe it was Loki.

The next day I went to the vets and nothing prepared me for the shock of seeing our fur baby, Loki had been found 5miles from home and had been hit by a car, he was clipped on the left side of his head and he was now blind in his left eye, I couldn't control the tears that flowed as the vet contemplated removing his left eye, I left the vets feeling elated that we had found him but shocked at his condition, I phoned my fiancée and told him it was our boy.

The vet bill was already £400 before we had found him and they were only going to get steeper.

We were able to bring Loki home that night but he was a mess, his eye has protruding from its socket and his face was badly swollen but he was still beautiful.

Loki has since had his eye removed and he is recovering well but his vet bills are continuing to go up.

So this is where our story is so far, I wouldn't ask if weren't desperate but we couldn't let our boy down and would do anything to keep him with us, so far Loki's vet bills are £700 but are likely to reach over £1000 before the vets are satisfied with his overall health and he no longer needs to be treated.

Any help no matter how small would be gratefully appreciated.
