Story
My name is Sammi Short and I have been selected to represent England U22 Women at the Indoor Cricket World Cup in Dubai in September 2017.
Unlike outdoor fixtures, this World Cup is self funded and all funds raised will go towards this trip so any donation will be greatly appreciated. The total cost is £2150.
I play my club cricket at Chester Boughton Hall CC, and represent Cheshire at U17 level. I played senior county cricket for Cheshire in 2016 and for Shropshire in 2017. I also help coach the North East Wales Girls hub and the CBH girls academy having taken my ECB Activator and ECB Coach Support qualifications.
Businesses would get the opportunity to promote their brand on kit or in press releases and, as this competition is watched by thousands of people from all around the world with live streaming on the Internet, it could be a very effective way to promote your business.
If any individual or business could help with funding I would be extremely grateful as this is the chance of a lifetime.
