Story
Mia (age 5) has been diagnosed with a rare blood condition called HLH. She also has lymphoma. She will need chemotherapy She has a long road ahead of her. Her parents will be unable to work for at least 7 months whilst their daughter (my granddaughter) undergoes her treatment and fights her condition. They also have a one year old son to support. Please help me to help them so that they dont have to worry too much about money whilst their little girl is so poorly

5 years agoToday is the day we have all been waiting for. Mia is officially in remission. She has beaten the 50/50 odds against HLH and well and truly kicked cancers ass into next week. We are all so immensely proud of her. They of course will be keeping a close eye on her over the next 5 years. We would like to thank all of you kind supporters out there for your support and donations. It’s comforting to know so many of you care. We wish you all a very Merry Xmas, we certainly will be having a good one! Thanks again

6 years agoSo Mia is having her scan today. We all have our fingers crossed in the hope that she doesn’t need any more treatment and is in remission. Will update the page again once we have the results....
