We all know that HOMELESSNESS is a massive and tragic issue in Brighton. The city has recently been recognised as having the 2ND HIGHEST rate of homelessness outside of London!
There are so many amazing charities doing incredible work for this community, and I am privileged to be involved with The Brighton & Hove Churches Night Shelter - a partnership of 14 churches across the city who provide emergency shelter nightly from Nov to April. They also support guests in finding long term accommodation, employment and detox if
needed.
Please, please if you have ever wanted to help the homeless in Brighton take a minute to donate - and help motivate me to get through those last few miles... £22 helps pay for a bed for one guest, £21 for food!
