Our 5 year old son Jack has a rare medical condition called M-CM syndrome. As a result of his syndrome Jack suffers with low muscle tone which causes mobility, strength, balance and stamina problems which means Jack is not able to ride a standard bike and join in with his friends and peers at school. In order to conquer this barrier Jack's school asked us if they could start a fundraising campaign to raise money to buy him a specially adapted bike/trike! We have been completely overwhelmed by the support Jack's school and the school community as a whole have provided for him since before he even started and cannot thank everyone enough for their fundraising.

Jack's wonderful teaching assistant and her daughter are running the local Santa Fun Run on 17th December 2017 to help raise money for the school's fundraising and we as a family are going to join them in the run (well maybe more of a walk for us as Jack will be in joining us in his adaptive pushchair and his grandparents too!) So, any donation that you can spare will be hugely appreciated and will go such a long way to help Jack on his way to a little more independence and inclusion.
