    Story

Women are wearing nappies to avoid going to the toilet"

Thousands of refugee women in Moria camp on the Greek island of Lesvos are living in awful conditions. They have fled trauma and violence and made a difficult and dangerous sea crossing which has claimed many lives. The arrive in an over-crowded refugee camp where they face the risk of gender-based violence if the use the toilets after dark. And when it's "that time of the month", they dont have access to adequate sanitary provision. We are raising money to fund portable urinal devices and reusable sanitary pads for the women in Moria.
