Colon cancer is the third most common cancer worldwide and the second most common in the UK. It raises money to support pioneering research projects at St Marks hospital. - the worlds first specialist bowel Disease hospital.

I'm currently biking 380km across Portugal with far too many mountains that I hadn't factored in plus heat which reaches 33 degrees today. I'm knackered but loving it. I wanted to raise awareness of an amazing charity that all the funds raised from this ride will go to.
