Hi everyone!
Me and a number of my colleagues are doing a cycle ride later on in the year to raise money for the Sheffield Hospitals Charity.
It will be a gruelling experience, and as most of you know I am better on 4 wheels than 2! The journey from London to Paris will be just over 200 miles over 3 days, so please dig deep and support a charity doing a lot of great work very close to my heart!
I am in the process of building up my cycle rides and training, However, this has recently been halted due to a small incident with getting stuck in the tram lines and almost breaking my hip! Please support and donate (it will help me get back in saddle knowing you all are counting on me to do this...?!?!)
