My mother passed away peacefully in my arms on March 4th 2018.
She was an inspiration to me aswell as the rest of the family. At 105 years old she saw a lot including 8 children, 31 grandchildren,85 great grandchildren and 18 great,great grandchildren. Over the last 6/7 years mums health was not great and the pacemaker she had fitted helped her tremendously giving her an active as can be life. The department in the hospital were great with her needs and as a non English speaking patient , they were very understanding towards the issue.
The department would always help us in questions and issues that needed answering . Mum was always wary of hospitals but felt comfortable with the staff and surroundings there. She appreciated the work carried out by the Doctors and Nurses and this skydive by myself would be a big thank you by raising funds for equipment needed.
The family have lost a great person who will be hard not to miss. The grandchildren feel honoured they had some time of their personal life's with her and the stories they can now tell their children in the future.
Me personally, I have lost a friend and a mother but she will always be my Angel.
