Larry is the man/horse of my dreams. He has been my saving grace in times of emotional distress and means more to me than anyone. I first had him on loan, then got engaged and married. My husband refused to help me pay for his keep when i lost a job and i had to give him back. Within days i told my husband i wasnt happy!! Within a week i was so unhappy that i left my husband and within a few months bought Larry back and he has beenwith me ever since. We have had many ups and downs and struggles, he is certainly a character!

He is now 16 and has had constant lameness in one of his front legs for the last year. The last vet told me to boxrest him but i knew it was more than just rest he needed. Due to their delay and refusal to see him, i had to move yards and get him to the equine hospital in Newmarket. They have confirmed its more!! He has had steroids and x-rays but theres something more snd he needs an MRI.

Due to the delay by the previous vet he is now not covered by my insurance due to his age. He needs this vital treatment to get him out of pain and able to live his last few years happy.......or he will have to be put to sleep as the pain and lameness is too bad.

Please help me to cover his treatment so he can enjoy a few more years of love and happiness. I cant do this by myself and its breaking my heart.

ALL money donated will go straight to Newmarket Equine hospital to cover his fees. Any extra will be donated to Redwings to help other horses. Please help me to help Larry.
